Radiology and Ultrasound

Radiographs (or x-rays) are one of the most commonly performed diagnostic tests in veterinary medicine.  At York Mills Animals Hospital we have a state of the art Digital X-ray unit as well as a dental x-ray unit.  Radiographs are used to view such things as changes in bones and joints as well as to assess the health of internal organs such as heart, liver, kidneys etc.   We recommend radiographs as part of our diagnostic work-up for many conditions.

Our hospital also routinely performs Ultrasounds by appointment through a mobile ultrasound service.
